So yesterday was the day that all pastel colors wait for all year…Easter. Yes a day filler with colorful Easter Eggs, pastel colors, and bunny rabbits. But what does pale violet, medium orchid, turquoise, chartreuse,¹ and the cadbury bunny have to do with the resurrection of Jesus?!? I bet no one else can answer that question [...]

In the wake of very distasteful things like the character assassination of Jill Filopivic and the horrendous cyberbullying of Kathy Sierra, there’s a welcome movement in the US blogosphere to adopt voluntary civility codes for blogs, as reported at Reason. Part of the idea is for different sorts of codes to be able to be [...]

I’m afraid the milestone passed last week without a lot of notice, although BBC Breakfast News and The Guardian are both reporting it today. But that’s probably because things are a bit more complicated than saying blogging started on 1 April 1997. Dave Winer apparently started his Scripting News site on that day, and it’s the longest [...]

Sorry, still tinkering with the blog format thingy... I'm a bit dense, though, and can't quite work out how to stop it having the blog title on the page as well as in the header (I tried making it white and tiny but it's still there!) and I don't know how to get the banner to be a banner all the way across your screens rather than just hanging in the middle. Sorry. If any of you are blog template experts, please enlighten me, if you will, otherwise you'll have to endure a messy blog until I can get a designer type person to look at it!

My online persona so totally outranks my offline one that they're not even speaking to one another. Ya makes yer choice... sulz: nice to know am not the only one with this affliction... so that means if ever met you personally, you'd be like a quiet mouse in contrast to your online persona?

Also, "Satan's School for Girls". I'm dating myself with that Seventies classic, but I spent many a slumber party watching it after midnight. sulz: sounds like a teen movie gone very wrong... and if it is, wouldn't mind watching it!

"Endless Summer". It's nothing but an hour and a half of half-naked, wet men in beautiful tropical locales. It's like taking your brain out and soaking it in a daiquiri. No idea why I like it so much. sulz: hey, that sounds so much like, what's that called again? starts with p, rhymes with torn...
