Technorati vs. Google Blog Search

Blogged From yuga at 09. Apr 2007 11:48 under Web 2.0

Just a quick survey — do you still use Technorati over Google Blog Search? Why? US market usage reports via Techcrunch last Dec. 2006 Which of the two is better at tracking/indexing blog specific posts? I still enjoy the use of Technorati tags to track definite topical searches. It’s a really great filter. Feature-wise Technorati still rocks. [...]

A Parable About User Experience

Blogged From darren at 09. Apr 2007 09:26 under Web Design, Web 2.0, flickr, neophytes, photography, step mother, web20

My step-mother is an avid painter, quilter and traveller, and she’s got lots of photos she wants to share with friends and family. “Friends and family”–remember those words. For a Normal Human, she’s got decent aptitude with her PC. She worked with them in the latter part of her career, and she’s pretty skillful with the [...]

Logogrösse und Transparenz

Blogged From Creatr at 08. Apr 2007 03:56 under Changelog (de)

Web 2.0: End of Innocence

Blogged From Om Malik at 06. Apr 2007 00:36 under Featured, amazon, google, mashups, myspace, Valleywag, Web 2.0

David Galbraith, a good friend of mine, is not a man of extremes. Polite to a fault, he uses logic to make his arguments. Today, in response to our My Maps post, he wrote a stinging piece, The Day Web 2.0 Died. Hyperbole? I don’t think so, though I would like to make his case, [...]

Ready for an Enterprise 2.0 Rave?

Blogged From francois at 05. Apr 2007 22:02 under Corante

Here is another cool project I am working on - organizing an Enterprise 2.0 RAVE in NYC on May21-22 with the great team at Longworth Venture Partners . If you are a practitioner looking at deploying web 2.0 tools in your enterprise or actively strugling with pilot projects to try to do that, you should not miss this event. And if you do plan on going, use the link below to get a $250 discount for the RAVE. Seating will be limited and we already have two registrants! The paint is still wet, so if something does not work correctly let us know. See you there. [Tags: future of work enterprise 2.0 web 2.0 wiki tag blog]

Il marketing in Second Life

Blogged From Jacopo Gonzales at 05. Apr 2007 21:09 under Marketing, Web Marketing, Brand, Business, Internet, Web 2.0

Old Man Winter may not be done with us yet...

Blogged From at 04. Apr 2007 23:57

Nestled up here near the Canadian border, we are finally starting to see signs of spring. The snow has all melted. Green is starting to be seen in the grass. Buds are appearing on the trees. Temps have been up in the 50s Fahrenheit. We are seeing our neighbors outside again. All is good.BUT... just to make sure we remember that we are in fact this far North, the weather reports say that we may get 6 inches of snow tonight! (Hopefully not more than that as I already put away the snowblower and shovelling a lot of wet snow is NOT fun!)I guess the good news is that Friday is a holiday, so maybe there is a chance for one last day of skiing! :-)

Blogged From Japhy at 04. Apr 2007 12:08 under Usability, web 2.0, Wien, User Experience, thinkaloud, Thinkaloudvienna, usability, web2.0, web2.ö
